Happy Anniversary Ryan!

Six years ago today......

Well, this technically is the day before - at our rehearsal dinner. This is pretty much sums it all up - by the end, Alan was juggling. A great evening.

The morning of, (we got married at 6:30 on a Sunday) we had a brunch & church service for our friends & family.

After we said "I Do".
Our first dance. We had a jazz combo playing, we danced to "Fly Me to the Moon".

Our sparkly departure.
In honor of the 6th anniversary, here are 6 things about Ryan that I love.....
1. He is a really good listener.
2. He is a great dad - very fun, also very consistent.
3. He loves to laugh - really laugh - like you are having a hard time breathing because you are laughing so hard.
4. He is really calm (which is especially good to balance out my not-so-calmness)
5. When he wants to do or learn something, he goes all out to do it.
6. He puts on pretenses for no one. He is himself, always.

Happy Anniversary Ryan. I love you.

Happy Anniversary you two! I find it interesting that Ryan refused to smile 6 years ago in a pic like he did on the cruise....some people grow up over time...and then there's our husbands.

Hey, happy anniversary!! I wish I could have been there for the wedding...and the curling!! Although I'm fairly certain that I would have broken my neck curling, which would have taken a smidge of fun out of the wedding. :)

It would have been great to have you there Lisa! The curling was very fun, but I have thought many times since then - WHAT WERE WE THINKING having all of these Americans run around on ice all afternoon!? Thankfully everyone survived! :)

That was a beautiful post. I maybe even teared up a bit? Haha. In other news: Alan looks so young in that picture! Dang!

And true fact, Ryan is always himself. Admirable quality, indeed.

Fly me to the moon! Awhhh

Wow- now that is some crazy nostalgia in every one of those pictures. Some things I will never forget include-
1. The goodness of my first WonderBar, post-curling.
2. Clearing the ice to play hockey with Eric, Files and Preston
3. The tuxedo'ed choc covered strawberries.
4. Watching your bridal pictures in the freezing cold at the capital building.
5. Wathcing Files bawl to the tune of From this Moment!!!
