We told them as we were having lunch that we were going to have another baby, a brother or sister for them to play with, and that the baby was growing right now in Mommy's tummy. After some quiet contemplation by Larson he asks:
"Mom, is the baby in your tummy right now?"
"Yes, Larson it is."
"Mom, why are you eating lunch then?"
As if a baby in there wasn't enough...I was going to stuff some food in there too! He's a thinker that little Larson!

Karin,
My friend's grandson said, when he understood that the baby was in mommy's tummy.... "I think that was mean of mommy to eat that baby!".
That's too cute. What a sweetie.
Hahahaha. Very funny!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! That's classic!
Troy loves to tell about how, when he was about 7, he asked his dad where babies come from and then had to miss half of football practice while his dad did the whoooolllle s-e-x talk. All that Troy really wanted to know was literally WHERE they came from because his friend said that they were in the mom's stomach and that didn't make sense because FOOD went into your STOMACH!
How've you been feeling? Kaden tells everyone that "mommy has a baby in her belly, but I don't." He's not quite sure what it means when people say "your baby".
I'm liking his hair do!
Nothing gets past that kid...I think I'll recommend him for the Gifted and Talented program!
Ummmm when you write the book "Larson Said the Darndest Things" I'll take a copy....
